Last Saturday was truly a perfect day to get married here, in South Central Pennsylvania! The high was 76˚; there were big, puffy clouds moving through, the songs of birds hanging in the air, and the love was bubbling over with anticipation in the hearts of Lurae & Melissa.
Lurae is from the same tiny town that Lance grew up in, so we had a really great time seeing lots of faces that we hadn't seen in a while. Much to our delight, Lancaster is the half way point for both families, so we got to photograph nice and close to home!
These two are so sweet together. When they are in each other's arms they are home. One of my favorite parts of a wedding day is the first dance... when couples can tune out the 100+ people gathered all around them and simply get lost in each other's love and all that this day means for them. It was so clear to me, during their first dance especially, that Lurae & Melissa had been looking forward to this day for a long time, and Lance and I are just so happy for them!
Luare & Melissa– we are so honored to have been a small part your spectacular day! We wish you a lifetime of happiness!
I love Lance's angle on the left!
Looking sharp you two!
Would you believe me if I told you that Lurae's mom made the cake? She did!
We were able to sneak away for a couple photos just as the sun was slipping behind the horizon. So glad we did!
Credits coming soon!
